Acceptance
By using aegisboardroom.com or engaging AegisBoardroom for advisory or educational services, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or services.
What AegisBoardroom is
AegisBoardroom is an AI advisory and education company offering strategy, governance, fractional Chief AI Officer support, executive AI Boardroom services, modular AI agents, AI assistants, and the Aegis Academy. Specific scopes are defined in individual engagement agreements.
Advisory output
Recommendations, sample reports, demo outputs, and Self-Test results are advisory in nature. They are not legal, accounting, tax, or fiduciary advice. Decisions taken on the basis of AegisBoardroom output remain the responsibility of the engaging organization and its leadership.
AI-powered, human-supervised
AegisBoardroom uses AI tools to accelerate analysis and synthesis. All consequential recommendations are reviewed and approved by a named human (typically Eric Pharr or a co-signing advisor). The site demonstrates this with the live agent demo's attribution line.
Acceptable use
Don't scrape the site at volumes that affect availability, reverse-engineer the agent demo with the intent to clone it, or upload content you don't have rights to via any form. Don't use sample reports, course material, or Self-Test outputs to misrepresent yourself as AegisBoardroom-certified unless you have completed a recognized certification.
Intellectual property
All site content — copy, design, framework names like 'Aegis AI Readiness Path', 'Executive AI Boardroom', 'Life Integrity advisory', 'Aegis Academy' — is the property of AegisBoardroom LLC. Content shared with you under an engagement remains AegisBoardroom IP unless explicitly licensed in the engagement agreement.
Third-party services
The site embeds Cal.com for booking and Substack for the newsletter. Their terms apply when you interact with those services.
No warranty
The site is provided 'as is'. We don't warrant uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or that the content will produce specific outcomes. We try hard, but software and advice both have failure modes.
Liability
AegisBoardroom LLC's liability for any claim arising from site use is limited to the greater of (a) fees paid in the prior 12 months for paid services or (b) US$100. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of registration of AegisBoardroom LLC. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms as the business evolves. The date below reflects the last revision. Material changes will be flagged in the site footer for 30 days.
