Tier 1 · AI Operating Discipline

Use AI safely inside a real workflow you own.

Tier 1 turns basic understanding into operating capability. The learner moves from "I understand AI basics" to "I can safely operate one AI-augmented workflow with review discipline, data boundaries, measurement, and kill criteria." The credential path leads to the Aegis Operator certification, the first true credential on the Academy ladder.

Audience

For people who own workflows.

Operators, coordinators, analysts, admin leads, managers who own workflows, department heads, internal AI champions. Anyone whose name will be on a workflow that uses AI.

Where to start

Take the AI Fluency Test first.

The free Fluency Test routes you to the right starting tier. Advanced-band candidates may be eligible for the challenge path into Tier 1. Foundational and Developing candidates default to course-first.

What comes next

Tier 1 graduates can move into Tier 2.
