What we collect

Email and form fields you submit when booking a strategy call, taking the AI Self-Test, requesting a sample report, or subscribing to founder briefings. We collect the email of senders who contact us at eric@aegisboardroom.com. We use Vercel and Hostinger to host the site, which receive standard server logs (IP, user agent, page) for delivery and abuse prevention.

What we don't collect

We do not run third-party advertising trackers. We do not sell or share your data. We do not embed Facebook, Google, or X/Twitter pixels. The site uses no cookies for tracking — only a localStorage entry for your theme preference.

How we use it

Your email is used to deliver the specific thing you asked for (Self-Test report, sample report PDF, calendar invite, newsletter) and, if you opted in to founder briefings, to send those briefings. We do not auto-enroll you in marketing — every list is opt-in.

Cal.com bookings

Strategy call bookings go through Cal.com, which acts as a data processor for the calendar invite and confirmation flow. See cal.com/privacy for their handling.

Founder briefings are sent via Substack. You can unsubscribe at any time from any email or directly in Substack.

Your rights

You can request a copy of the data we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or delete it entirely. Email eric@aegisboardroom.com and we'll respond within 7 business days.

Children

AegisBoardroom is built for executives and operators. Our services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
