The delegation loop
Decide what work to give AI, agents, humans, or no one.

Tier 2 teaches managers and team leads how to delegate to AI agents, automations, and AI-assisted workflows without losing accountability for the outcome. This is the Aegis wedge as the market moves from using AI tools to directing AI work.
Managers, team leads, founders, operations leaders, department heads, AI champions, anyone supervising recurring work, anyone deciding what AI/agents should be allowed to do. Prereq: hold a current Aegis Operator credential.
Eight modules. The skill nobody else is teaching: how to write a brief for an agent, how to set review cadences fast enough to catch drift, when to overrule, when to trust.
Decide what work to give AI, agents, humans, or no one.
Write a clear agent or workflow brief.
Set checkpoints that catch drift early.
Map simple AI-assisted handoffs.
Calibrate intervention without rubber-stamping.
Run a weekly AI/agent review.
Decide which tools an agent may invoke autonomously vs. with human review.
Define what happens when agentic work goes wrong.
Run or design a two-step AI/agent workflow with human review for ≥14 days.
The leadership team and key operators stand up an agent operating cadence. Workshop output is a working weekly review the team runs starting the next Monday.
Proves the holder can supervise AI-assisted or agentic work inside a function and maintain accountability for outcomes.
Most "AI for Managers" courses still treat AI as a tool managers use, not as workers managers direct. As agents do real work (Cursor, Claude Code, Replit Agent, n8n agents), the manager skill is brief writing, review cadence, and override discipline. Tier 2 closes that gap.
Tier 3 (Boardroom Decision Discipline) is gated and approval-only. Practitioners who lead other teams or peers through operating and decision discipline are eligible to apply.
