Tier 2 · Agentic Delegation

Direct AI agents without losing accountability.

Tier 2 teaches managers and team leads how to delegate to AI agents, automations, and AI-assisted workflows without losing accountability for the outcome. This is the Aegis wedge as the market moves from using AI tools to directing AI work.

Audience

For people who direct work.

Managers, team leads, founders, operations leaders, department heads, AI champions, anyone supervising recurring work, anyone deciding what AI/agents should be allowed to do. Prereq: hold a current Aegis Operator credential.

Self-paced course

Agentic Delegation Course · 6 to 8 hours.

Eight modules. The skill nobody else is teaching: how to write a brief for an agent, how to set review cadences fast enough to catch drift, when to overrule, when to trust.

2.2

Brief writing for agents

Write a clear agent or workflow brief.

Requirements

  • · Defend the workflow through a practical review or peer panel
Why this matters

Most "AI for Managers" courses still treat AI as a tool managers use, not as workers managers direct. As agents do real work (Cursor, Claude Code, Replit Agent, n8n agents), the manager skill is brief writing, review cadence, and override discipline. Tier 2 closes that gap.

What comes next

Tier 2 graduates can move into Tier 3 (gated).

Tier 3 (Boardroom Decision Discipline) is gated and approval-only. Practitioners who lead other teams or peers through operating and decision discipline are eligible to apply.
