Completion badge — not a certification.
Tier 0 is a completion badge — no scenario assessment, no capstone, no expiry. The first true Aegis certification begins at Tier 1 (Aegis Operator credential path).
What comes next
Tier 0 graduates can move into Tier 1.
Companies often run Tier 0 across the full employee base, then promote a smaller group of operators into Tier 1 (AI Operating Discipline) for the Aegis Operator credential path. The Tier 0 workshop sponsor report calls out specific Tier 1 candidates.
